Bar Sales Person
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Mixing and preparing a range of different drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
– Welcoming customers to the bar and taking orders, making recommendations where appropriate
-Processing payments including handling cash, creditors and balancing the register at the end of the shift
-Cleaning the bar and surrounding areas to maintain a sanitary environment
-Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
-Devising new and innovative cocktail recipes
-Adhering to all food and beverage regulations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– Previous experience working as a bartender.
– Basic calculation skills and ability to do stock count.
– Able to work flexible shifts (evenings and weekends included)
– Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
– Active listening and effective communication skills.

F.O. Supervisor
We are looking for a front office supervisor that supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times.
– Preparing requisitions.
– Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanour at all times.
-Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
-Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
– Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
-Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
-Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems , train and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
– Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
– Adhere to company credit limit policies and following up on Debtors.
– Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests.
– Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department’s especially housekeeping, reservations etc.
-Cross check all revenue reports and responding to all quotations.
– Controls cash transactions at the front desk.
– Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
– Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed by management.
-Ensure Front office log book and register is always updated.
– Ensures safety by following guest check in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security and General Manager.
– Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods.
– Rooms inspection.
– Assist in Duty Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– Minimum of 1-2 years working Experience as a Front Office Supervisor.
– Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management /Public relations.
– Basic calculation skills.
– Strong IT skills i.e Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Waiters
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greet and escort customers to their tables
-Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
-Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
-Inform customers about the day’s specials
-Offer menu recommendations upon request
-Up-sell additional products when appropriate
-Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a docket book, order slips or by memorization.
-Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
-Serve food and drink orders
-Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
-Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
-Ability to do cashiering and balancing dockets.
-Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
-Provide excellent customer service to guests.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
. Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
· Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. use of a bill book)

Gardeners
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Install and maintain lawn.
-Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces.
-Mulch, edge and weed gardens. Prune and trim trees and green spaces.
-Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers. Monitor and maintain the health of plants.
-Any other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-At least 5 “O” Levels.
-Previous work experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
-At least 2 years’ working experience as a gardener.
Receptionist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings.
– Assist with Guest registration.
-Allocating guests their rooms, providing keys and room orientation.
-Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
-Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
-Responding to requests for help and information from guests.
-Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
-Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits.
– Following up on Debtors
– Making Quotations and invoices.
– Room inspection and checklists in the absence of Front Office supervisor.
– Assist with Balancing Cash-up for Kitchen and Waiters on Day shift.
– Updating Debtors and handing over Night packs to the General Manager.

Host/ Hostess
We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.
Responsibilities
⦁ Welcome guests to the venue
⦁ Provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to guests.
⦁ Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
⦁ Manage reservations
⦁ Escort customers to assigned seating areas
⦁ Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
⦁ Greet customers upon their departure
⦁ Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
⦁ Maintain a clean reception area
⦁ Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
